April Update
Hello Magical Humans!
I hope your spring is moving along splendidly. I don’t know about you, but my reality has been rotating between warp speed and sloth mode. There’s no in between. One day I’ll mention the name of someone I haven’t seen in ages, and an hour later I run into them on the street. The next day I’ve done nothing all day and I feel like I’ve run a marathon. Full disclosure: I’ve never run a marathon. I’m pretty sure you already guessed that.
It is as though our bodies are calibrating to a higher speed of reality, and the “sloth days” are a necessary pause for recuperation.
When we look to the cosmic weather, there is definitely a prognostication of swift times ahead. On April 17th, when the new moon in Aries takes place (at 4:52 am PDT), there will be six planets in Aries. Eight celestial bodies if you count Chiron and the dwarf planet Eris - which we really should - because if we’ve learned anything from Pluto, it is that the little guys pack a mean punch when they are ignored. So, what does this mean? It means there is going to be a lot of fiery energy up in your business.

Fire is bold, spirited, and instinctual. This much fire can feel quite picante. Your relationship with your anger may ask for your attention. If you have a hard time setting boundaries, well, I have some good news for you: Aries energy knows exactly how to say NO. This baptism of fire (too dramatic?) is the perfect time to assess what is most important to you, and where you want to take action to protect it. If you have been idling on the sidelines for the perfect moment to begin your soul’s deepest desire, this energetic surge may be exactly what you need to take that first step.

I know, I know. It’s scary to get off the sidelines!! I’m not going to pretend that it isn’t. What I can tell you is that if you channel this much fire with intention, it just might incinerate a lot of those fears. This is 3-shots-of-tequila confidence at your disposal. Further disclosure: I don’t do shots, they taste yucky.
The ultimate lesson we learn through the Aries archetype is courage. It is the first sign in the zodiac- representing the initial spark of life. It’s the part of you that unironically said “Earth School?! That sounds like a great idea!!”
So, lets go for it. Even if it is scary. Don’t worry, we have Taurus season for recovery, and there WILL be snacks and naps.
