I first came to Jenny looking for help with my oldest child. I was feeling overwhelmed by his defiance, his big reactions, and those moments when I honestly didn’t know how to guide him anymore. I thought I needed someone to help me understand his behavior and tell me what I should do differently with him.
But our sessions slowly showed me something much deeper: a big part of the work wasn’t about changing him; it was about healing and understanding myself.
I started recognizing how some of his behaviors were touching wounds, fears, and reactions within me that I had carried for a long time. I began to understand that as I heal those parts of myself, my reactions to him can change too. And when I respond differently, with more awareness and less reaction, the dynamic between us begins to change naturally.
Jenny has helped me put words to things I somehow always felt deep inside but was never able to fully understand or say out loud.
