I can read people's essence easily, especially children's. When I used to teach preschool enrichment classes, the kids would run out to greet me shouting "Miss Jenny is here!" They knew, instinctively, that I saw them exactly as they are. No performance required, no need to be anything other than themselves.

Years ago, a turbulent season with one of my children cracked something open in me. What felt like contraction became the beginning of a much greater expansion.I realized I'd been spilling my own energy and emotions everywhere: absorbing what wasn't mine, reacting instead of grounding, running on empty while trying to hold space for everyone else. To truly show up for the people I love, I had to learn to keep a clean house within myself, to hold my energy instead of spilling it, so I could actually be present rather than overwhelmed.

That search became my spiritual awakening. Sound, astrology, hypnosis, and coaching aren't separate skills to me. They're different paths back to the same place: my own essence, and my ability to stay clear and grounded with the people who need me most.

That's the gift I bring to my work now. Whether I'm reading a chart, guiding a sound bath, or sitting with someone in coaching or hypnosis, I'm doing the same thing I did with those kids: holding a clean, safe, grounded space so you, and the inner child still within you, can be seen exactly as you are. I'm a Mastery Method trained coach through the Institute for Coaching Mastery, and I'm currently completing my certification in guided hypnosis through SMGI®. Astrology weaves its way in organically, wherever it helps complete the tapestry.
